In this passage, Jesus is accused of healing by the power of Satan. After pointing out how the accusation makes no sense, Jesus goes on to assert that he is actually plundering the territory of Satan. In Jesus' ministry, Satan has been bound, and therefore is no longer able to deceive the nations. The message of the kingdom now launches out to all the nations.
