Summary: In response to the disciples' questions about when the events he was speaking of would take place, Jesus begins to describe what will happen before his coming in judgment. Jesus is speaking of the events leading up to the destruction of Jerusalem and the temple in AD 70. This reminder of Jesus' enthronement as king encourages us to live today with faith and confidence in him.
